Choc Mallow Wheels

While these choc mallow wheels can be a bit messy to make, they are definitely worth the effort. My daughter’s boyfriend said he is never buying Wagon Wheels again after trying one. You can make them look more traditional by only using white marshmallows but I like to use different coloured ones. You can use homemade strawberry jam from my recipe posted on 16 January 2017 - https://www.tastyhomestylecooking.com/strawberry-jam-served-scones-cream/ or any store bought jam. Give them a go, I’m sure you will have fun making them and eating them too!
