Chocolate Surprise Muffins

You can never have too much chocolate, even at this time of the year. These chocolate muffins have a lovely oozy caramel centre. They are best eaten warm, straight from the oven otherwise the caramel will set a little and not be so oozy. They can be made at other times of the year using any caramel filled chocolates as substitutes for the Easter eggs. Unfortunately the bag of Easter eggs I bought only had 11 eggs in it, so one muffin missed out, so best to buy 2 bags so no-one misses out and you can just eat the rest of the eggs.
