Creamy Honey Mustard Chicken

This creamy honey mustard chicken is so quick and easy to make and really delicious too. The chopped chives sprinkled over the finished dish really make a difference. I was actually asked for the recipe by my daughter, then she suggested I put it on my blog so she could access it anytime, so here it is!
Make sure your pan is big enough to cook all the chicken at once without over crowding as you want the chicken to fry not stew when you are browning it.
