Ultimate Hot Chocolate

We’ve had a couple of cold nights of around 2° C and I know in a friend in the Eastern States was out and about the other morning and it was 1° C. What better way to warm up than with a steaming mug of hot chocolate sitting in front of a fire. Not just any hot chocolate, this recipe is rich, decadent and delicious, made even more so by the toppings. I just had a plain hot chocolate but my 2 adult children living at home drank the hot chocolates shown in the picture. This recipe was inspired by, but not the same as, a Jamie Oliver recipe. Top it how you choose - as pictured, with marshmallows, a sprinkle of cinnamon, plain or come up with your own idea. Keep any leftovers in an air tight container for a week. Go on, indulge yourself!
