Asian Inspired Chicken Drumsticks

There is no story to go with this recipe. It is just a delicious family favourite that is so easy to make. As it has Asian flavours you should probably serve it with Asian greens and rice but we have it with mashed potato, carrots and a green vegetable. I think the marinade that the chicken is cooked in goes really well with mashed potato. You make up your own mind. I cook a big batch so there are leftovers which my husband and son happily eat for lunch the next day. Just adjust the recipe to suit your family size.
